NCCC is set to present the inaugural report on Malaysian consumer complaints for the year 2006.
The Annual Report 2006 is the first consumer complaints report in Malaysian history. The report contains a review and analysis of all consumer complaints which were lodged with the NCCC throughout 2006. It is heartening to note that in 2006, a total of 18,345 consumers from all walks of life and from across the country showed confidence with the centre by referring their problems to theNCCC and by utilizing the guidance and counseling services at the centre.
The purpose of this report is to inform and provide feedback to all the relevant parties involved, so that, they may take note of the complaints and institute suitable remedial measures within their respective areas of responsibility.
In conjunction with the launching of the annual report, NCCC is proud to introduce a seminar on ‘The Current State of Malaysian Consumers: Holding Corporations Accountable’.
