In line with the staff development thrust of the network, AsiaDHRRA sends two of its senior staff as Chief Technical Advisors (CTA) for Agriterra in the CTA annual advisory meeting on November 13-21, 2005 in Arnhem, Netherlands. The meeting aims at improving advisory skills of CTA and liaison officers for the benefit of Rural-based Producers’ Organizations (RPOs) in developing countries. The meeting will give the participants the opportunity to reflect on their experience in carrying out the advisory services to RPOs.
