7 December 2021 – AsiaDHRRA presents in the 6th ASEAN-China-UNDP Symposium: Reducing Inequality in the Decade of Action to Achieve the SDGs and Recovery from COVID-19 Pandemic, via video conference.
AsiaDHRRA Secretary General, Ms. Marlene Ramirez, will present in the breakout session on “Minimising Negative Impacts of COVID-19 on Inequality”, alongside Mr. Subhendu PRATIHARI, Regional Livelihood Coordinator of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC); and Dr. Andi Saguni, MA. Head of Health Determinant Analysis Center of the Ministry of Health of Indonesia/ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Health Developments.
The symposium is jointly organised by the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), Mission of the People’s Republic of China to ASEAN, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Asia and the Pacific, and National Anti-Poverty Commission as the Philippines’ focal point to the ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication (SOMRDPE).
