6 January 2022 – The first meeting of the network for the year 2022 is an orientation with the DHRRAs – Cambo Dhrra, Phildhrra Natsec, Việt DHRRA on the new project on Digital Agriculture.
This cooperation of FAO and AsiaDHRRA aims to empower and enhance the capacity of farmer organizations, women and youth associations and SME platforms to influence policies, programs and investment plans to promote broader access to technology, including digital, soft and hard infrastructure and connectivity, and financial services critical for jobs, incomes and livelihoods, and other livelihood supporting services.
This project supports the: (a) Rural Development and Poverty Eradication strategy of the ASEAN Senior Officials Meetings on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication (SOMRDPE); (b)FAO digital village initiative; and (c) AsiaDHRRA Startegic Action Plan 2022-2025, specifically on the Innovation Goal.
