Online via Zoom – AsiaDHRRA, headed by the Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) lead Ms. Arlynn Contearas launched its first Lunch and Learn session via Zoom, on 7 April 2021.
The Lunch and Learn initiative sprang from the need to further capacitate the regional secretariat by conducting short but meaningful brown bag discussions on both old and new topics, themes, and initiatives in the global, regional, and national spheres. This activity is seen to greatly contribute to the implementation of the new AsiaDHRRA Strategic Action Plan (ASAP) 2021-2025.
For the inaugural session, Territorial Rural Development was taken up by the session speaker, Senior Program, Manager Cezar Belangel with support from Senior Program Manager, Florante Villas.
