8 December 2021 – AsiaDHRA conducts RAI TOT Module 5 with the course on Basics of Adult Learning, via Zoom.
Today’s sessions focus on designing a training module specifically for the RAI TOT re-echo at the national level. The discussion highlightights the areas in designing training progam, as well as the steps in doing training needs assessment; and emphasizes the difference between training outcomes and training objectives.
Participants on this training are strategic RAI advocates from DHRRA partners in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
