AsiaDHRRA’s Senior Program Manager, Mr. Cezar Belangel, conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Workshop with the operations team of the Coalition of Municipal Fisherfolks Association of Zamboanga Sibugay (COMFAS) on 17-18 May 2023. The gathering aims to set up the federation’s M&E system by consolidating information from 34 primary organization members or farmer organizations (FOs). The meeting also discussed COMFAS’ planned business operations involving seaweed marketing and oyster/oyster sauce processing.
The gathering similarly discussed the reporting system with 22 FOs representatives, the importance of timely submission, and the significance of data to monitor the status of their objectives.
