Second batch of capacity-building workshop on conflict-sensitive agricultural investment promotion planning initiative

AsiaDHRRA conducted the second batch of learning workshops to enhance the capacities of the provincial governments of North Cotabato and Bukidnon on 5-6 November 2024.  The activity is under the project “Strengthening the Implementation of Regional and Local Peace and Development Agendas (SPADe),” supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit’s (GIZ).

As SPADe project’s service provider, AsiaDHRRA collaborates with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), supporting the technical working group to draft sustainable investment plans and strategies on “Gender and Conflict-Sensitive and Climate-Smart Investment and Investment Promotion Planning (GAIIP)” initiative.  The first batch of learning activities was held on 1-3 October 2024 in Matina, Davao City.

The project is funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through GIZ.
