Phnom Penh, Cambodia – AsiaDHRRA and CamboDHRRA hosted the 4^th Regional Training of Trainers:  Training on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) for project coordinators and technical staffs of DHRRAs in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippiens, and, Vietnam. The training was held on 12-14 August 2018 at Himawari Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

This training was conducted in lieu of AsiaDHRRA network’s initiative of streamlining its systems and procedures, including putting-in place a more integrated and systematic tracking and harvesting results, outcomes, and, impacts of its works. As such, this training was geared towards familiarizing AsiaDHRRA and DHRRA key officers and staff with MEAL Framework and Tools of the network
The training focused on leveling-off understanding on MEAL framework of AsiaDHRRA; extensive hands-on trainings on different offline and online M&E tools; and, introduction to knowledge management concepts and some basic tools and practices.
At the end of the training, the regional Secretariat and participants planned and agreed on follow-thru actions such as localization of tools and the actual initial conduct/use of MEAL tools in their respective organizations.
