Quezon City, Philippines – AsiaDHRRA hosted the AgriCord PH Synergy Planning-Workshop on 13-14 July 2017 at AsiaDHRRA Headquarters. It was attended by representatives of agri-agencies in the Philippines including, Agriterra, CSA, Trias, and, We Effect. PhilDHRRA, as national agri-agency member of AsiaDHRRA also participated in the activity.
The planning-workshop aimed to craft the medium-term action plan of the PH Synergy Group, level-off understanding on AgriCord priorities and strategic directions, define the short-term priority action plan and resource requirements, and identify convergences/common agenda among AgriCord, agri-agencies, and FO partners.

Agri-agencies in the Philippines formed the PH Synergy Group in 2013 to bring together resources for providing venue for learning exchanges of partner-FOs, pursuing common policy agenda, and to mobilize additional resources for Farmers Fighting Poverty (FFP) work in the country.
