The AsiaDHRRA Secretary General, with SEACA secretariat support, convened a caucus on 15 October (followed up in 4 November) among seven (7) regional organizations based in Manila to share the developments in the Advocacy Capacity Building Program of SEACA and to discuss the prospects of broadening the SEACA regional caucus to other groups interested in the SEACA agenda. An initial exchange on SEACA’s next programming after the 5-year project with DFID/CIIR also took place. The results of the two caucuses were inputted during the Project Development Workshop of SEACA, also attended by AsiaDHRRA, in Bangkok 8-9 November. SEACA’s secretariat was moved to Manila from Bangkok this July 2003.
