Siem Reap, Cambodia, 7 – 8 July 2022–The Asian Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas (AsiaDHRRA) participated in the ASEAN Leadership Forum on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication (RDPE) held in Sokhalay Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodia, on 7-9 July 2022. AsiaDHRRA was represented by its Secretary General, Ms. Marlene Ramriez, Vice Chairperson for Mekong Sub-Region, Mr. Pan Sopheap, and CamboDHRRA Secretary General, Mr. Him Noeun.
The regional forum served as a channel for sharing perspectives on promoting inclusive and transformative rural development initiatives, with highlights on ASEAN Leadership Awardees in RDPE in Cambodia. The event was organized by the Ministry of Rural Development, Cambodia, and attended by ASEAN Member States and Civil Society Organization (CSO) partners in the region.
