9 November 2021 AsiaDHRRA Assistant Secretary General, Ms. Mags Catindig sit as one of the panels at the International Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Make Climate Action Everyone’s Business’ Forum, via online.
Ms. Catindig shared in the session titled ‘Women in Agriculture: Champions of Climate-Positive Action’, what AsiaDHRRA has worked, especially in supporting farmers organizations, and what is more needed to bridge the gender gap and empower women to drive climate-smart agricultural practices, future-proofing our global food system.
The forum is taking place in parallel to COP26 and will see global private, public, and civil society leaders delivering ground-breaking insights to solve the world’s toughest climate and sustainability challenges.
