AsiaDHRRA participates in the 7 days online training program on Pro-poor Value Chain and Market System Development

AsiaDHRRA Senior Program managers finished a 7-day  online training program on Pro-poor Value Chain and Market System Development, conducted from 8 to 16 March 2021, via online conferencing.

The curriculum on pro-poor Value Chain and Market System has been developed by VCB-N with the support of Helvetas & Hivos and member CoEs after rigorous training need assessment of project staff members of IFAD projects in Asia & Pacific level including India.

VCB-N conducted series of training of trainers (ToTs) to build the capacity of professionals of CoEs on organizing training for staff members of IFAD projects. The practical experience of VC & MSD included by ILRT based on long experience of knowledge building and dissemination on value chain development including value chain interventions made with BASIX and outside agencies.

In addition to this, offline support will be extended to participants for analysis and design of pro-poor value chain and market systems.
