The key leaders the Asian partnership for the Development of Human resources in Rural Asia (AsiaDHRRA) will be having the second leadership development session on May 16-21, 2004 at Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Conference Center and Hotel in Tagaytay, Philippines.
The Leadership Development session is part of the continuing effort of the network to build pool of first line and second line leaders who will be responsive to the realities and challenges of the rural people in Asia. The first leadership development session was conducted last May 2003 in Laos. As a follow-up activity, the session hopes to bring leaders together to reflect and learn about their leadership growth and experiences. More specifically, the session hopes to focus on approaches on decision-making and self-mastery.
