An in-person workshop for the Farmers’ Organization for Asia (FO4A) programme was organized on 26-28 June 2024 and participated by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) consultants, AgriCord, Asian Farmers Organization (AFA), and Agri-Agency staff.  The meeting updated and revisited the programme’s Theory of Change (ToC) and Logical Framework (LF) and hosted by AsiaDHRRA in Manila, Philippines.

The three-day workshop presented the medium-term review (MTR) findings and recommendations, with an interactive discussion on reconstructing the ToC and updating the LF, including assessing outputs and outcomes indicators and identifying tools for capturing results.  Moreover, the workshop participants discussed the need for effective data validation, clear instructions, and stakeholder engagement. At the same time, the resource speakers highlighted the importance of data management practices in confirming the reliability of project reports.

FO4A is AsiaDHRRA’s programme supported by AgriCord and funded by the EU through the IFAD.
