The event highlighted a participant’s reflection: “Mas na-inspired po akong mag organize sa aming barangay. Naway mas madami akong mahikayat na kabataan at maexplain ang kahalagahan ng RAI when it comes to agriculture (I am more inspired to organize in my community; I hope I could encourage more youth to value the importance of RAI).”
The learning programs will be followed by national dialogue and validation events to be organized between November and December 2022. RAI is a project supported by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), which refers to creating productive assets and capital information oriented to support the realization of food security, nutrition, and sustainable development, including increased production and productivity.
