Lany Rebagay, Leadership Development Program Officer and Dr. Sung Lee, KoDHRRA President, are set to meet in February for the initial discussion of the proposed on-line leadership development tool for the network’s NGO leaders. Dr. Sung Lee, ExeCom member will anchor this program having developed a major on-line HR tool in Korea. They will try to modify the tool to suit the needs of Asian NGO leaders.
