The second DHRRA On-the-Job Trainee arrived in August 02, 2004 from Taiwan. Ms. Shu Hui Tsai, a second liner of TaiwanDHRRA, has a master’s degree in Agribusiness Management from the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. She will join the AsiaDHRRA secretariat for one year following an OJT program that was jointly developed by AsiaDHRRA and TaiwanDHRRA.
